Currently there is no provision to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Please consider letting us know before your original appointment in case you wish to cancel or reschedule it.

Our payments are collected via Paypal. You can pay using either your Credit/Debit card or Paypal account.

Yes, the site uses HTTPS protocol for secure transmission of information and the data stored in the site is also secure. We do not share your data with anyone.

Note: We will ask for your horoscope details only through your preferred contact method (Whatsapp or email).

We will generally contact you within 24 hours to get your details regards to your scheduled meeting. It would be based on your preferred method of contact.

You can let us know in the message field if you don't have birth/or time or place so that we can provide you with alternate options like prashna, etc.

Generally, we will ask you if you are ok to continue the meeting if the consultant is also available to continue. Your payment will be based on the number of horoscopes you consult.
